UP Project works in three different ways.

Build UP – connection space

People work better when they feel valued, supported and respected. Build UP is an opportunity for teams to experience trust, vulnerability and understanding together.

In a world where communication has become more about performance than connection, UP Project has developed a unique framework for creating safe spaces. Based on the concept of radical respect, this results in transformative experiences of understanding and connection. This isn’t training and you don’t need to wait until there is a conflict. With Build UP, we make the space and keep it safe so groups can reflect on and understand the issues together.

The Build UP programme can be used for a range of areas including, but not limited to: team building, processing difficult events (through our Heal UP work), diversity, inclusion and anti-racist practices, change, examining and developing organisational values and post-Covid recovery.

Fix UP – repair service

UP uses restorative processes to support repair and healing in relationships after specific incidents of conflict, harm or communication breakdown. UP has a diverse and dynamic range of experienced, accredited facilitators, who work to nationally recognised best practice standards for restorative practice. Our facilitators create a safe space to support difficult conversations about incidents. These conversations enable painful feelings to be managed and the impact of the harm to be acknowledged. This supports understanding and healing and enables everyone to move on.

Link UP: professional growth in community

If you are interested in learning more about restorative practice and creating respectful teams, UP can provide tailor-made training to meet your needs. We also offer specialist supervision for practitioners facilitating restorative processes. All our training, support and supervision is developed to encompass our deep knowledge of what best practice looks like and the national occupational standards.

If you would like to continue the conversation and be part of a collective exploration of understanding, connection and respect then join our UP community to engage with these ideas via events and networking.
